Then look in the paper and also drive around the area you want to have your store in to look for spaces for rent or lease. Then call the landlord to arrange to see the space. If you like it, let them know, and put your deposit down. You can get books from a lot of sources but I like garage sales, thrift stores, estate sales, places like that.
