If you like it, let them know, and put your deposit down. You can get books from a lot of sources but I like garage sales, thrift stores, estate sales, places like that. At this time I am looking to hire part-time only and probably not until fall at the earliest. There are other bookstores in Ohio that are hiring for full-time; the chain stores such as Barnes & Nobel always seem to be hiring for full-time and they offer benefits as well, so I would suggest filling out an application on their site. I am a voracious reader and read about 2 books a month. Some of my favorite authors are William Faulkner, Toni Morrison, Richard Wright, James Baldwin, bell hooks, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Gilles Deleuze, Ralph Ellison. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology (Appalachian State) and a Master of Arts degree in sociology (UNCG).
