About Texture Bookstore: Updated
Texture Bookstore & Indie Emporium is a used bookstore located in Elyria, Ohio. It is owned and managed by me, Trula. Having my own bookstore is a goal I have been working on for 3 years. I am a writer and avid reader and I LOVE books. I have a bachelor’s of science in business administration and have been running my own indie publishing company since August 2000, so this is a natural extension for me.
I am very committed to independent publishing and the DIY ethic so I will stock such items from other indie producers in my store. In addition to general used books, Texture will also stock independently produced magazines, artwork, crafts, clothing, bags, and more.

Still Getting Up Bookshelves
I’m only having the front room open for now, but it is incredible how much space it is. I’m not going to have it jam-packed or anything but I am adding more bookcases than originally planned. Taking massive pics this weekend, check back soon!
